Lost & Stolen Package Policy:

Lost Packages: Are the responsibility of Sense & Color. Items will be replaced or refunded to the customer.

A Lost Package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system.

Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.

A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer. Sense & Color is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item. This is not something we are able to bend on and need to stay firm on for all customers, so please don’t make it uncomfortable and ask...it just can’t happen...no matter who you are or who you know.
